The first European Conference on eGovernment was held in Dublin, Ireland in 2001. In 2010 the tenth conference returned to Ireland. This paper considers the composition and nature of the contributions to the conference over the first nine years of the conference and examines how and to what extent thinking and areas of research interest in eGovernment have evolved or changed over thatperiod.
