Cleanrooms

• SB03D Class 100 (250 ft2) - Yellow lighting suitable for lithograpy, extracted wet benches (solvent and acid) with DI and tank water, large recirculating fumehood and work benches
• SB03D Class 1000 (425 ft2) - Workbenches, sink, large number of configurable gas services 
• SB01 Class 100 (95 ft2) - Workbenches, targeted extraction 
• SB01 Class 1000 (450 ft2) - Workbenches, gas bottle safe storage units, targeted extraction 
• SB01 Class 10000 (145 ft2) - Workbenches

Clean Air Laboratories

                         
There are also labs available that aren't designed to meet cleanroom specification but that do use hepa filtered intake air for the room. This means there are no measurements taken of particulate contamination but the cleanliness of the air is well above normal. Very suitable for assembly work where particles could cause problems.
